Job Description:

Would you like to be the Business Navigation and Operations manager for the IKEA Delft market, one of the top turnover and volume markets in the world? IKEA Delft is transforming to be the best omnichannel retailer in its market. This will be the main assignment for the next few years. We have strong ambitions to grow our PMA through store, services, online and new customer meeting points and are looking for a leader to be responsible for market P&L and operations.

Job Responsibility:

contribute to the development of the IKEA market business plan
deliver the agreed market goals
have a full overview of the profit and loss (P&L) for the market
take responsibility for summarizing and communicating our financial goals
responsible for safety and security
responsible for Recovery
responsible for Facility and Maintenance
secure that our investments minimize environmental impact

Requirements:

solid IKEA retail background
proven track record of performance
leadership
familiar with the way we do business and the way we act
can lead yourself in uncertainty
strong and self-confident
resilient
adaptable
work fast
can work under pressure
knowledge of the IKEA business
knowledge of the local market
