Job Description:

360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the UK team. The role involves generating opportunities from top priority accounts, creating business opportunities for UK Account Executives through inbound leads qualification, and leveraging Sales Development techniques. The position plays a key role in building a strong sales pipeline, qualifying leads, pitching the product, and evangelizing collaborative learning.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate opportunities from top priority, highest potential accounts
  • Create business opportunities for UK Account Executives through inbound leads qualification
  • Leverage Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects
  • Qualify inbound leads and pitch the product
  • Detect customer pain points, understand their context, and present how the company can help
  • Evangelize collaborative learning in the market
  • Present the company's value proposition
  • Master and use tool stack (SalesLoft, LinkedIn’s Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.)
  • Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality
  • Research trends and best practices for creating interest and engagement
  • Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the platform
  • Be involved in onboarding new team members

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of at least 12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment)
  • Fluent in English (level B2 or equivalent)
  • Enthusiasm for the company's Convexity Culture

Nice to have:

Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
