As one of Crescendo’s BDRs in San Francisco, you’ll be at the tip of the spear—sparking conversations with enterprise innovators, opening doors at some of the biggest brands in the world, and creating the pipeline that powers our rocket ship. This isn’t just another BDR role. This is a category-defining build inside one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies ever. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Account Executives, Marketing, and Leadership to experiment, refine, and scale our GTM engine. The foundation you help lay will shape not just your career, but the future of Crescendo’s sales org.
Job Responsibility:
Be the Spark: Prospect into enterprise accounts through cold outreach, social engagement, and event follow-up—introducing decision-makers to the power of Augmented AI
Qualify with Precision: Uncover customer pain points, assess fit, and line up discovery calls with AEs that set the stage for big wins
Build the Playbook: Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to test new messaging, sharpen campaigns, and evolve Crescendo’s GTM strategies
Learn the Craft: Master our product, the CX/AI landscape, and how to talk outcomes that matter to executives
Own Your Impact: Track performance, iterate quickly, and always push for the next level of excellence
Requirements:
1+ year in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (ideally SaaS/AI/CX)
