360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our DACH team. Your role will consist of generating opportunities from 360Learning top priority, highest potential accounts. As the owner of these accounts, you will be in charge of creating business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound leads qualification. You will leverage bleeding-edge Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects. This position will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline.
Job Responsibility:
Generate opportunities from top priority, highest potential accounts
Create business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound leads qualification
Leverage Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and pitch product to prospects
Detect customer pain points, understand their context, and how we can help
Evangelize collaborative learning in the market
Present the 360Learning value proposition
Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads
Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality
Research trends and best practices for creating interest and engagement
Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform
Be involved in the onboarding of new team members
Requirements:
First experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales
Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment)
Native German and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent) proficiency
