Job Responsibility:
Identify and pursue potential land acquisition opportunities through strong networking with agents and landowners
Maintain and continuously expand the land deals database and conduct in-depth market research
Review and conduct preliminary market and feasibility studies for new land proposals
Perform initial checks on land status, including zoning, planning, and approval processes with relevant authorities
Prepare and present comprehensive land proposals to management, including site analysis, market trends, development components, pricing, feasibility studies, and sensitivity analyses
Negotiate terms and manage documentation related to land acquisitions, including LOIs, Term Sheets, SPAs, JVAs, SSAs, and other legal agreements
Oversee the drafting and finalisation of Bursa announcements and press releases pertaining to land transactions
Prepare and deliver monthly updates and reports for meetings
Requirements:
Degree in real estate management / building / quantity surveying / marketing or any other relevant qualifications
Minimum 8 years of working experience in property development industry with at least 5 years in a similar capacity
Has a positive approach in work and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Able to communicate, coordinate and work inter-department
Possess excellent communication skills to communicate with land owners, real estate agents and government authorities
