Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across financial and property sectors
Build and nurture relationships with brokers, lenders, and referral partners
Support the execution of sales strategies to meet revenue targets
Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking functions
Collaborate with internal teams to align BD efforts with business goals
Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity using CRM systems

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
Background in mortgage broking, property, or financial services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter with a proactive, commercial mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
CRM proficiency and data-led approach to BD
