Job Responsibility:
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the IT and consulting industry (from start-ups to Fortune 500)
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner
Understand client hiring and project needs, leveraging your recruitment knowledge to propose tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, presentations, and negotiations
Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
Continuously monitor the IT market, spotting new opportunities and trends
Requirements:
2–3 years of work experience
1 year of experience in business development, account management, or client acquisition (IT recruitment/consulting experience is a strong plus)
Understanding of recruitment processes and the IT talent landscape
Proven track record in sales or client acquisition, preferably in professional services or consulting
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
