They are looking for driven, resilient, and commercially astute Business Development Managers to support their growth. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic new business sales team. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing contracts with local businesses. Once a client is onboarded, they’re handed over to the corporate team so that you can focus on winning new business.

Requirements:
Confidence and resilience to cold call and knock on doors
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
Ability to manage a sales pipeline and CRM effectively
A self-starter who knows their patch and gets stuck in

Different backgrounds will be considered – what matters is attitude and ability. You might be: A telesales or recruitment consultant ready to step into a field-based role
Someone with experience selling merchant services, PayPal, or card machines
