We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager for a established MNC that specializes in Dark Fiber & Connectivity solutions.
Job Responsibility:
Strategic Business Development: Drive revenue by targeting high-value sectors (hyperscalers, telcos, and data centers) for dark fiber, duct leasing, and IRU agreements
End-to-End Sales Leadership: Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and technical solutioning to high-stakes negotiation and closing
Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with C-level stakeholders and infrastructure planners to drive renewals and network expansions
Market Intelligence & Strategy: Track hyperscale builds and competitor trends to provide data-driven input for new route developments and pricing strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, legal, and delivery teams to ensure technical-commercial alignment and accurate project implementation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience
Experience in dark fiber, telco wholesale, carrier services, or enterprise network sales
Business development and/ or project development track record, with experience in planning and/ or implementing fibre connectivity for datacentres
Knowledge of relevant regulatory environment and market space
