This is an exciting opportunity for a proven sales professional with experience in business development, lead generation, and winning new clients.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively generate new corporate business through lead generation, including cold calling from an existing database
Identify and engage key decision-makers within large organisations to drive new sales and account development
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular contact via phone, email, reporting, and marketing communications
Attend client meetings in a professional and well-presented manner
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Act as a role model within the Business Development team by consistently achieving targets and KPIs
Grow your pipeline through networking and self-generated leads, alongside telemarketing activity
Requirements:
Proven experience in Business Development, B2B sales, or lead generation
Confident and professional telephone manner with strong rapport-building skills
Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-led role
