Job Description:

Join Comarch’s global Financial Services team and become a pivotal figure responsible for market expansion. We are not interested in the status quo—we are looking for a BDM who will define our growth and deliver concrete, double-digit sales results. You will operate on the front lines, and your primary focus will be the enterprise sales of our innovative solutions to new, strategic clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proactive and independent acquisition of new, key clients (banks, insurers, payment institutions) across the EMEA region
  • Building and managing your own high-value sales pipeline, from initial contact to deal closure
  • Leading complex, long-term sales processes for FS solutions at the executive level (C-level, VP+)
  • Defining and executing market entry strategies for new segments based on our product portfolio
  • Utilizing external ecosystems (cloud, technology) as a potential lever to open and accelerate your own transactions (Partner-Influenced Bookings) when applicable
  • Full accountability for reporting, forecasting, and achieving set quarterly and annual targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7+ years of documented, direct sales success (Hunter/New Logo Sales) within the Financial Services (FS) B2B Enterprise/SaaS sector
  • History of exceeding sales quotas (quota achievement) and closing large, 7-figure enterprise deals
  • Deep understanding and ability to sell innovative FS technologies, with strong domain knowledge in: Corporate & SME Banking solutions, Digital Lending/Loan Origination platforms, Core Systems, Data Analytics, and AI/ML for financial institutions
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at the highest level (VP, C-level)
  • Entrepreneurial, fully self-sufficient, and capable of managing the entire sales cycle in a complex, international market
  • Fluent, business-level English (written & spoken) is a must-have
  • High willingness to travel intensively across the EMEA region to meet clients and close deals

Nice to have:

Proficiency in an additional Central Eastern European (CEE) language is a strong asset
