We are looking for a Business Development Executive / Project Sales to drive sales in the Central region. You will manage project opportunities from specification to execution, focusing on mechanical, water piping, air conditioning, and construction sites. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibility:
Develop new business opportunities and support key accounts
Drive project sales and specification activities in the assigned region
Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and project decision-makers
Manage sales pipelines from early design/spec stage to project completion
Conduct product presentations, technical briefings, and proposals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Identify new project opportunities and expand market presence
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Building Services, or related discipline
0–5 years of experience in project sales, business development, or building materials / mechanical solutions
Knowledge of construction and project sales cycles is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Willing to travel as required
