We are looking for a C-suite evangelist and dealmaker to forge strategic, multi-year alliances with everyone from scrappy independent shops to global holding companies. This isn't about selling software—it's about evangelizing a new era of creativity where AI becomes the ultimate partner, empowering agencies to do what they do best, but faster and at an unprecedented scale.
Job Responsibility:
Structure Complex Deals: Negotiate enterprise licensing terms and strategic partnership agreements with top-tier creative agencies that want to integrate AI across all client work
Forge Strategic Alliances: Leverage your C-level network to build relationships with agency new business teams, innovation leads, and CCOs, structuring partnerships that go far beyond simple reseller agreements
Evangelize a New Category: Host demos for top agency innovation teams, speak at industry events like Cannes Lions, and educate the world's top creatives on how AI can supercharge their process
Collaborate to Win: Partner closely with our GTM and our Product team to funnel insights that shape our roadmap for agencies
Architect the Ecosystem: Design and execute the agency partnership program, identifying and prioritizing key partners who can create exponential growth for Luma
Requirements:
7+ years of agency-facing business development experience, ideally in tech, media, or creative tools
A robust, high-level network across creative, production, and media agencies
A proven track record of building partnerships from initial conversation through long-term strategic relationships, including closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders
You deeply understand agency economics, timelines, and the constant pressure to deliver breakthrough creative
You've built an agency partnership program from scratch at a high-growth startup
You are seen as a trusted advisor by senior executives at major holding companies
You have a unique talent for translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value for creative professionals
