Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, renewable energy or a related field
Proven track record of commercial success in sales and business development
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of onsite energy technologies, market dynamics and energy policies
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Analytical mindset with a data‑driven approach to strategic decision‑making
Strong networking and relationship skills with the ability to establish and maintain fruitful relationships
