Job Description:

Join a fast-growing real estate consultancy as a Business Development Advisor, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and delivering high-impact marketing and business development projects. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for project managing a wide variety of approved marketing initiatives while supporting the development and execution of business development strategies. This is a hands-on role that blends strategic thinking with operational delivery, offering the opportunity to shape the firm’s growth trajectory.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and present business development plans in collaboration with the BD Manager
  • Support the BD Manager on pitches and new business proposals
  • Coordinate and consolidate input from multiple stakeholders for proposals
  • Assist in refining bid processes and internal governance
  • Prepare pitch teams for client presentations and interviews
  • Deliver a range of marketing and BD projects as agreed with senior stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain CRM data to support client engagement and strategy
  • Build and maintain a library of reusable proposal and presentation content
  • Cultivate internal relationships with subject matter experts and encourage data ownership

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a professional services business development or bids role
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Analytical, articulate, and calm under pressure
  • Approachable and collaborative team player
  • Proven ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
