Job Responsibility:
Build and develop strong relationships with commercial partners through regular visits and personalized sales solutions
Identify and activate new high-potential clients to expand our market share
Grow monthly sales in key categories, delivering necessary volumes and understanding what supports client success
Introduce and activate new product categories at existing clients to generate additional revenue and consolidate partnerships
Prioritize high-impact accounts using weekly route plans and make timely merchandising adjustments where needed
Ensure efficient execution of promotions and marketing initiatives at the point of sale
Conduct weekly execution audits, identify gaps, and take corrective measures to maintain high standards in the territory, ensuring product visibility and availability
