Job Description:

As a Buyer based in Crete, you will be a key player in sourcing and negotiating hotel deals to strengthen our portfolio and deliver premium experiences for our members. Based in Aix en Provence, with very frequent trips to Heraklion, you will work closely with internal teams to maximize campaign performance while ensuring strong relationships with our partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Crete to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and Content) to optimize campaign performance
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong our partners through regular meetings and calls
  • Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, or hospitality procurement (preferably with knowledge of Crete and Greek tourism)
  • Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers
  • Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the local hospitality industry
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
  • Data-driven, structured, and focused on continuous improvement
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet partners as needed
  • Fluent in English

Greek language skills are a plus
