As a Business Controller (m/f/d), you will take ownership of reporting, prepare independent analyses, and contribute to strategic marketing planning, ensuring cost transparency and supporting the company’s success.
Job Responsibility:
Create clear and concise reports and dashboards, translating complex data into strategic narratives for key stakeholders
Actively assist in conducting efficiency and cost analyses to drive cost transparency and highlight optimization opportunities in marketing spend
Analyze and monitor performance holistically across all markets, deriving actionable insights and recommendations to guide investment decisions
Support the entire marketing planning, forecasting, and financial closing processes
Continuously develop, automate, and improve internal processes and reporting tools
Perform ad-hoc analyses and provide foundational support for special projects
Manage interfaces between Finance, Online Marketing & Marketing Intelligence
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Controlling, Marketing Analytics, or Marketing Controlling, ideally in e-commerce
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel
experience with SQL, Google BigQuery, and Google Data Studio is a plus
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
