Job Responsibility:

Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights
Develop and maintain business process models to streamline workflows and optimize operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and business objectives
Support project management activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Identify opportunities for digital transformation and process automation
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support decision-making
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consulting
Apply design thinking methodologies to enhance problem-solving and innovation as a plus

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related role
Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN, UML, or similar frameworks)
Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar

Nice to have:

Experience with Figma, Miro and other design tools
A design thinking approach
