Our client is seeking a Business Centre Manager to oversee their Basingstoke site. This role is pivotal in connecting with new and existing customers while ensuring the highest standards of performance and service delivery.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the daily operations of the site, ensuring seamless sales and operational processes
Achieve and exceed commercial targets and key performance metrics, including driving revenue and managing expenditure
Conduct regular site audits and daily inspections to maintain high standards and compliance with company policies
Ensure timely completion of all renewals and manage arrears effectively
Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including partners, brokers, and local authorities, to drive new business opportunities
Adhere to Health & Safety procedures, ensuring legislative compliance and best practises are upheld
Supervise maintenance, reception, and administrative staff, ensuring smooth operations
Prepare monthly invoicing, billing, and cost analysis to support financial objectives
Perform any other duties as reasonably required by your line manager to support the business
