Lead analytics for Citi’s Lending business. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Job Responsibility:
Lead analytics for Citi’s Lending business by providing advanced test design, evaluating targeting strategies, and identifying expansion and other new business opportunities in order to meet and exceed business goals
Develop analytically derived omni-channel targeting, offer, and communication strategies to drive profitable long-term customer engagement
Develop statistical targeting and behavioral models that deliver business results
Identify actionable customer insights based on internal and external customer behavioral and financial data
Develop program impact forecasting relating to financial impacts and customer behavior
Manage scorecards and the Management Information Systems, including tracking the program’s impact to portfolio dynamics
Analyze any variances in the forecast and identify root causes
Work closely with business partners in Decision Management, Risk Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Compliance, to implement strategies capitalizing on the opportunities identified through risk-return analysis
Requirements:
Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology and Management, Information Technology, or related field and 4 years of experience as a Portfolio and Strategy Analytics Specialist, Data Analytics Specialist, or related position involving data analytics for business development and customer engagement strategy building in the global financial services industry
Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in the stated fields and 6 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience
4 years of experience must include: Retail lending portfolio management and decisions analytics, supporting strategy initiatives and execution
Supporting policy optimization and credit expansion to improve sales and process automation
Designing and developing customer segmentation utilizing historic trends and outlook
Utilizing data to recommend statistical and non-statistical tools to develop targeting strategies, including new-to-market and existing segments
Utilizing knowledge of drivers of product financials for planning and forecasting
Descriptive statistics and data mining for program effectiveness measurements
Utilizing SAS and Python to perform data set analyses for historical trend identification and business recommendations
Performing financial modelling for P&L analysis
Partnering with business, credit and model development to design, develop and monitor test designs and analytical reporting to track and enhance strategies
Leveraging business/product expertise to rigorously analyze large datasets, improve risk adjusted returns, deliver profitable growth, and communicate conclusions
