Job Description:

Citi is looking for an energetic, motivated professional to join its Fraud Analytics team to prevent financial crime and execute strategy changes and model deployments. The role offers significant responsibility in fraud strategy execution, development, and governance.

Job Responsibility:

Strong knowledge of system & user functionalities of various fraud orchestration engines such as Actimize (RCM/Actone), SAS Fraud Manager, Lexis Nexis/Threat Metrix etc.
ensure seamless implementation of fraud rules & various ML models ensuring audit requirements are followed
develop policy rules/fraud strategies on Actimize Policy Manager UI and promote them on production environments
collaborate with fraud strategy development teammates and validate rule performance, trends, and volumes
develop tactical and strategic solutions with high visibility for stakeholders
perform gap analysis to identify system weaknesses and close such gaps
support fraud rule performance tracking with consistent metrics such as hit rate and false positives
develop MIS reports and dashboards to communicate results
partner with various stakeholders to identify testing and validation requirements
handle BAU analysis on fraudulent merchants via SAS
analyze manual processes via Python models and SAS
contribute to organizational initiatives like competency development, training, and team-building.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline
minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in system execution, system testing and/or analytics
minimum 5 years’ experience in working and good programming knowledge in SAS/SQL(Oracle/Teradata)
good in enhancing the SQL queries according to the requirement for Data Validation and Analysis
model execution and governance experience in any domain will be preferable
candidate should have a demonstrable analytic, problem solving, and has the ability to deliver projects in a fast-paced environment
strong verbal and written communication skills
experience with stakeholder management
should also have a basic knowledge of reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau
Actimize knowledge (Policy manager, Platform list, profile reader and writer) would be a great add on
strategy execution or control background preferred
ability to work independently
risk and control mindset: ability to ask incisive questions, assess materiality and escalate issues
ability to handle large volumes of transactional data
strong project management, organizational skills and team handling capability
ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Nice to have:

Actimize knowledge (Policy manager, Platform list, profile reader and writer)
strategy execution or control background
basic knowledge of reporting and visualization tools such as Tableau.
