Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This role is ideal for someone who excels in analyzing complex business needs, identifying gaps, and delivering actionable solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, improving processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions
Create and maintain detailed business requirement documents and analysis reports
Ensure compliance with legal agreements, contracts, and regulatory standards
Oversee claim administration processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data analysis and documentation
Develop and manage AB testing strategies to evaluate potential solutions
Facilitate Agile workflows and ensure alignment with project objectives
Compile, review, and organize documentation to support business operations
Liaise with teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within services requiring attention to detail or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for documentation and analysis
Strong understanding of legal agreements, compliance, and contract management
Ability to develop detailed business requirement documents and analysis documentation
Experience with claim administration processes and tools
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and AB testing practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and communication abilities to collaborate across teams.
