Job Description:

At Inetum, you have space to grow and boost your talent! We're on the lookout for a Business Analyst to join a strategic transformation program as the go-to expert for Corporate Actions. We have a strong footprint in the banking sector with a lot of challenges for you!

Job Responsibility:

Lead requirement gathering and functional analysis for corporate action events
Map and document data flows between internal systems and external vendor platforms
Collaborate with developers and integration teams to align business needs with technical delivery
Drive testing phases (SIT, UAT) and support user validation
Act as a key liaison between business, IT, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Deep knowledge of Corporate Actions lifecycle: announcements, instructions, entitlements, settlements
Strong grasp of ISO 15022 / ISO 20022, SWIFT MT564–568, and system integration
Skilled in writing functional specs, user stories, and test plans
Tools: JIRA, Confluence, SQL, API concepts
Fluency in English and French is mandatory.
