Job Responsibility:

Preparation & analysis of proposed system changes, gathering consensus between business requirements and technology deliverables to assure smooth projects implementation
Lead and coordinate gathering business change requests, system developments and new business on boarding across Trustee Operations
Identify and solve issues in the projects across multiple business areas
Act as a trusted partner to Clients and internal business partners by delivering advice and services and exceeding their expectations
Co-operation with internal and external stakeholders to effectively deliver business requirements and system testing
Challenge the status quo, display initiative and innovation
Support colleagues and peers with production problems
Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing implementation risk

Requirements:

2 – 3 years of experience business analyses and projects
Experience in building end to end business requirements and process mapping
An excellent understanding of financial operations, fiduciary, trustee products
Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written)
Ability to work in fast paced environment under tight deadlines
Ability to work on own or part of a team
Ability to build relationships with various project stakeholders
Experience in supporting operations teams with production issues/system queries
