We are looking for an experienced and innovative Business Analyst to join our Operational Department.
Job Responsibility:
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key analytics partner for business, product, and R&D teams, aligning projects with strategic goals
Data Analysis & Insights: Design and execute analytics projects, including quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, automated monitoring tools, and advanced data insights
Business Opportunity Identification: Leverage Start.io’s extensive first-party data to identify trends, predict behaviors, and uncover growth opportunities
Strategic Reporting: Create impactful dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
Innovation: Drive the use of advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning and predictive modeling, to enhance decision-making processes
Requirements:
3+ years as a Data Analyst (or similar role) in media, marketing, or a related industry
Proficiency in SQL, and Excel, with experience working with large datasets and big data tools (e.g., Vertica, Redshift, Hadoop, Spark)
Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy)
Strong problem-solving skills, statistical modeling knowledge, and familiarity with predictive analytics and machine learning algorithms
Ability to align data insights with business objectives, demonstrating creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
Proactive, independent, collaborative, and results-driven with excellent communication skills in English
BSc in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (MSc/MBA is an advantage)
