Job Description:

You will be part of the DataHub Program team whose common motivations are proximity to the business, agility and quality in deliveries services, combining business skills and IT skills Within IT Tribe Data & IA, the Squad D4U delivers data pipelines within Trusted Data Fabric for analytics and reporting usages on France and Functions perimeter. The Program is conducted in Agile mode, the Trusted Data Fabric is in production with continuous deliveries to enrich the functionalities and the scope of the data covered.

Job Responsibility:

Manage internal customer relationships acting as the contact person within the project
Clarifies, performs critical and constructive analysis
Improve response, delivery times and updating service methods to increase the efficiency
Supports the PO of the squad to maintain up to date backlog of the squad and monitoring support tickets
Contribute with other squad member to write project documentation
Responsible for the migration of the legacy’s use cases to the new Trusted Data Fabric : coordination, planification, business analysis, documentation, change conduct

Requirements:

A good technical knowledge of data platform challenges (for example: ETL, Database) is mandatory
A first experience with data integration and databases
A first experience of migrations projects is a plus
Agile experience
A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus
Good written and oral communication skills (clarity, synthesis, pedagogy) associated with an excellent team spirit
Proven analytical and organizational skills
Ability to understand business needs and translate them into IT requirements
English
French (C1)
Analytical and organizational skills are essential
Proactivity, pragmatic, curious and autonomous
Team spirit and good interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

A first experience of migrations projects is a plus
A first experience in Banking/insurance environment is a plus
