Business Analyst

• ensuring high-quality information is accessible across the organization by transforming raw data into actionable insights
• analyzing business data (both financial and operational) to support strategic and operational decision-making
• automating reporting processes and developing dashboards using tools like Power BI
• supporting country and store teams in identifying improvement opportunities through exploratory data analysis
• applying scenario thinking to assess the impact of business changes and provide forward-looking insights
• upholding and promoting standards for data quality, governance, and reporting

• 1–3 years of experience in business or data analysis, with a strong focus on delivering actionable insights
• proven ability to work with large datasets
• hands-on experience with SQL is essential
• skilled in developing user-centric dashboards, with a solid grasp of dashboard design principles
• advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data visualization and reporting
• sound understanding of data governance and best practices for maintaining high data quality
• ability to communicate complex data in a clear and engaging way
• fluent in English, both written and spoken
• knowledge of IKEA’s business landscape, brand identity, and cultural values is a plus
