Job Description:

Business Analyst with French position at Inetum, focusing on dataset production, business expertise, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work setting.

Job Responsibility:

Dataset production
Be the entry point for project managers, homologators and MO
Receive and analyze requests for datasets (the need can be expressed in several ways: test strategy, functionalities to be tested, HMI to be tested, etc.)
Identify and quantify the actions necessary to produce datasets
Framing the request and setting up the prerequisites: authorisations, access to applications, business investigations, etc.
Monitor and/or launch the industrial production of data and coordinate actions with producers
Manually enter complex JDDs
Follow up on HMI incidents related to the production of datasets and make the necessary reminders Deliver, return and/or reserve the JDD Innovation / Communication / Continuous Improvement
Business expertise
Bring business expertise to tooling projects on data production, duplication or anonymization
Contribute to the industrialization of dataset production
Analyze expressions of need for complex requests Innovation / Communication / Continuous Improvement
Ensure a referral of ongoing applications to his counterparts and the operational pilot
Participate in monitoring committees
Establish and present a financial and operational report on the requests in order to propose process improvements and a revision of the charts

Requirements:

Experience in the field of support and/or business analysis
Ability to analyze client needs and follow up on dataset instructions (communication, message, priority assignment, etc.)
Good written communication
Autonomy, curiosity, rigor
A proactive and reactive attitude / A team spirit and a desire to learn continuously
Ability to analyze and synthesize
A good level of French (C1/C2)
Banking knowledge and functional business analysis skills preferred
