Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have in-depth skills in banking functional areas and fluency in English.

Job Responsibility:

Analyzing business needs and translating them into functional specifications
Designing and optimizing banking processes
Collaborating with development teams to ensure solution implementation
Conducting feasibility and impact studies
Monitoring and analyzing project performance indicators
Writing functional and technical documentation
User training and support
Participating in project meetings and steering committees
Monitoring technology and regulations in the banking sector

Requirements:

Significant experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector
In-depth skills in banking functional areas
Fluent in English
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical and synthesis skills
Knowledge of banking standards and regulations

Nice to have:

Degree in finance, IT, project management, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking sector
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve complex problems
Initiative and the ability to suggest improvements
