Job Responsibility:

Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions
GxP Compliance: Ensure all business processes comply with GxP regulations
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of business processes and requirements
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
Advanced degree preferred
Proven experience in business analysis within the Life Sciences sector
Strong knowledge of GxP regulations and requirements
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
