Job Description:

Senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information. Critical part of the process of managing Finance Operating/Reporting Ledger Implementations and upgrades globally as part of DevOps support team. Requires understanding of Citi's Finance Operating/Reporting Ledger functionalities and analyzing complex business processes to determine IT solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise a business analytic team supporting one large system or multiple systems
DevOps for Financial Full Suite ledger application
Provide expert direction and technical leadership on complex, high-impact projects
Work with experts and partners from other technology teams and lines of business
Responsible for regulatory deliveries and DCRM solutions & implementation
Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information
Operate with limited level of direct supervision
Exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
Act as SME to senior stakeholders
Manage global teams
Assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

10+ years of relevant experience in finance technology
5+ years of data analysis experience
Technical capability with Ab-initio, Oracle and UNIX technologies
Ability to debug Ab-initio graphs
Ability to perform various complex SQL queries
Demonstrated relevant leadership skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven interpersonal skills with ability to partner and influence across organizational lines
Proven ability of using complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent in computer science, IT or similar engineering
Master's degree preferred
