Business Analysis Manager

Direct management of a group of Business Analysts with expertise in Fund Services including OTC, Middle Office and Fund Accounting. Direct ownership of complex analysis work. Full management responsibility of a team: management of people, evaluation of subordinates' performance and making recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, and other personnel actions. Persuading and influencing others through developed communication and diplomacy skills with colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Providing in-depth and sophisticated analysis with interpretive thinking to define problems and develop innovative solutions. Ensuring all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities and understanding project schedule and key milestones.
