Job Responsibility:
Assist in the administration of building safety records and documentation
Support the Building Safety team in maintaining compliance with regulations and standards
Organise and manage safety inspections and audits, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including contractors, residents, and regulatory bodies
Prepare reports and presentations related to building safety matters
Maintain and update databases and filing systems relevant to building safety documentation
Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures
Provide administrative support to senior management as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within the building safety or construction industry
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
