Join Our Client as a Building Receptionist! Are you an enthusiastic and friendly individual with a passion for exceptional customer service? Our client is seeking a dedicated Building Receptionist for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in the vibrant area of Gosforth.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver first-class customer service to all building guests and occupiers
Collaborate with internal and external partners to exceed client expectations
Provide effective administrative support and guidance at the point of inquiry
Assist the Building Manager with front of house management and tenant liaison
Support the programming of events, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives
Meet and greet visitors, manage access control passes, and ensure security is maintained
Handle incoming calls and emails, taking accurate messages and ensuring timely follow-up
Conduct quality checks of common areas and liaise with cleaning staff to maintain high standards
Be flexible in working hours to cover for colleagues during holidays or absences
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a self-managed Receptionist/Front of House or customer service role
Basic understanding of the Property Management industry
A commitment to delivering exceptional standards of customer service
Confident and outgoing personality with a professional outlook
Excellent IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
Good knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
Strong communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
