Job Description:

The Buggy Coordinator at The Ritz-Carlton Bali is responsible for greeting and escorting guests to rooms, assisting with luggage, arranging transportation, and ensuring the highest standards of guest service. The role requires maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to company policies, and providing exceptional service to all guests.

Job Responsibility:

Greet and escort guests to rooms
Open doors and assist guests/visitors
Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation
Identify and explain room features to guests
Transport guest luggage
Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
Arrange transportation for guests/visitors
Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
