We are now looking for a Budget & Capex Management Controller to join our GBS!

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage financial target set by Digital and Finance organizations (non-recurring and recurring cost) through a converged process
  • Drive financials and workload planning/forecast process (synthesized plans and challenge contributions)
  • Management of governance processes and partnership with stakeholders
  • CapEx management for IT investment (planning, process, reporting and cost management)
  • Establish consolidated financial reporting (define, harmonize and ensure consistency and compliance, including tools)
  • Ensure timely and meaningful planning & reporting
  • Control Programs and Operations actuals vs forecasts, invoiced vs actuals, corrective measures
  • Propose/coordinate mitigation actions if needed to support decision making at Management level
  • Use financial processes and tools, basic legal and HR processes, and basic project management and technical knowledge in operational area
  • Drive performance management and improvement
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data on performance against budgets/targets highlighting discrepancies and risks & opportunities
  • Ensure product TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) traceability over the years

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics or other related areas
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in Financial Controlling or related areas
  • A capacity to deliver recurring financial pictures with full accuracy on the data
  • A capacity to understand the needs/expectations of a domain while keeping the consistency with above level guidance and financial targets
  • Talent for agile, reliable and fast data management
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Deliverable-driven, able to work with short deadlines
  • Good analytical skills with an ability to switch from big picture to detailed view, and to give meaning to complex facts and figures
  • Problem-solver
  • Proactive in proposing improvement solutions to the business
  • Able to look at performance/sustainability on short/mid/long-term solutions
  • Communication skills are key, creating trustful relationships quickly in a remote work context and maintaining a broad network within the Finance
  • English is a must
  • Full mastery of Google Suite
