Job Description:

Supports Head of Business Control on forecasts, budgets, and analysis for growth, productivity, and profitability. Collaborates with business unit heads on financial planning and control. Conducts monthly reviews of results and key performance indicators. Handles ad hoc financial analysis requests and projects. Leads small team or contributes as solo manager, guiding junior staff. Fluent in Japanese and advanced in English (both verbal and written communication).

Requirements:

5+ years experience in mid-to-large-size company in FP&A or business planning, with some accounting background
Proven track record of improving financial performance
Strong communication and execution skills to implement plans
Experience in international environments is a plus
People management experience is a plus
Fluent in Japanese and advanced in English (both verbal and written communication)
