Job Description:

Our client, and Engineering consultancy in Pittsburgh is looking for a Bridge Engineer to help deliver a wide range of transportation and infrastructure projects across the region. If you enjoy solving complex engineering challenges and want to be part of a supportive, growing consultancy, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and analyzing bridges and related structures
  • Preparing calculations, drawings, reports, and project documentation
  • Assisting with bridge inspections and rehabilitation work
  • Working closely with project managers, designers, and other technical teams
  • Contributing to planning, cost estimates, and proposals

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Around 2-6 years of experience in bridge design or inspection
  • Familiarity with common structural design software
  • EIT required
  • PE or progress toward PE is a plus
  • Someone who communicates well and enjoys collaborative project work

Nice to have:
