Job Description:

At Robert Half we are looking to expand our pool of Branding Specialists. The ideal candidate will have proven success in developing and maintaining brand identity, implementing strategic branding initiatives, and ensuring consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of brand development, market positioning, and creative execution to enhance brand visibility and drive business goals.

Job Responsibility:

Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive branding strategies across digital, print, and experiential platforms
Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design, tone, and messaging
Conduct market research to understand target audiences, competitive positioning, and brand perception
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to align branding efforts with overall campaigns and business objectives
Oversee the creation of visual assets, including logos, packaging, collateral, and promotional materials
Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve awareness, engagement, and perception
Ensure consistency and quality of all branding initiatives across internal and external channels
Stay up to date on branding trends, market innovations, and best practices

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in branding, marketing, or creative roles
Proven ability to develop and implement branding strategies that drive results
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and branding research tools
Strong understanding of storytelling, design principles, and brand identity development
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
