We are on the hunt for a Brand Manager to join our team in Parsippany, New Jersey. As a Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the innovation and management of our brand, driving the creation and enhancement of products from the idea stage to commercialization. You will work in collaboration with various teams, oversee the development and implementation of marketing initiatives, manage P&L, and ensure the consistent performance of the brand portfolio.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate closely with product development, R&D, and product research teams to ideate, develop, and launch new products, guiding the process from conception to final commercialization
Innovate and optimize existing products in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of consumers and maintain a competitive edge in the market
Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and gather consumer insights to identify emerging trends and opportunities for product innovation and brand growth
Develop and implement strategic brand plans focusing on product innovation and rebranding of existing products to align with changing market needs
Execute integrated marketing programs, including traditional and digital advertising, pricing strategies, and trade marketing initiatives to support product launches and rebranding efforts
Partner with the sales force to ensure the successful execution of key programs and alignment with strategic brand guidelines
Manage merchandising and point-of-purchase projects, ensuring they are completed within budget, on time, and in alignment with brand objectives
Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives and brand strategies, and use these insights to drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with budgetary and regulatory requirements throughout the product innovation and branding process
Proactively identify and resolve challenges to meet brand and innovation goals
Requirements:
Possess a minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role as a Brand Manager
Proficient in CRM and EXPRESS software tools
Demonstrated ability to interpret Facebook Insights and perform Gap Analysis
Proven experience in creating and managing Advertisements
Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador is highly desirable
Strong understanding and ability to drive Brand Awareness
Expertise in Brand Marketing and ability to devise effective strategies
Extensive experience in Campaign Planning and execution
