Job Description:

Blockchain.com is connecting the world to the future of finance. As the most trusted and fastest-growing global crypto company, it helps millions of people worldwide safely access cryptocurrency. Since its inception in 2011, Blockchain.com has earned the trust of over 90 million wallet holders and more than 40 million verified users, facilitating over $1 trillion in crypto transactions. Blockchain.com is the world’s leading platform for digital assets, powering billions in transactions and enabling global financial access. Offering the largest production blockchain platform in the world, we share the passion to code, create, and ultimately build an open, accessible and fair financial future, one piece of software at a time. We’re seeking a Brand Designer with approximately 4–5 years of experience to shape and elevate the institutional brand experience at Blockchain.com. You'll own the brand identity across all client touchpoints—from high-stakes product interfaces and landing pages to collateral used in high-touch institutional engagements. This is a high-impact role, working for one of the most influential financial services companies in crypto.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define, expand, and uphold brand guidelines tailored for institutional audiences—ensuring consistency, clarity, and distinction across web, product, and collateral
  • Develop visual assets for institutional materials: pitch decks, reports, executive presentations, and product collateral
  • Design and optimize landing pages with a focus on conversions and clarity for institutional clients
  • Translate brand strategy into seamless visual and interaction design for institutional product interfaces (e.g., dashboards for trading, custody, structured products)
  • Help create custom illustrations or graphic assets supporting product features, marketing, and thought leadership pieces
  • Collaborate and iterate closely with product, marketing, engineering, and stakeholder teams to deliver polished, high-quality execution across touchpoints
  • Work with high independence: from ideation to execution, owning design outcomes end-to-end
  • Communicate design rationale confidently to stakeholders, grounded in strategic and user-centered thinking

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of brand or digital/UX design experience, preferably with exposure to fintech, financial services, B2B, or institutional audiences
  • Proficiency in Figma (required)
  • experience with Adobe Creative Cloud tools like Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
  • A strong, versatile portfolio that showcases brand identity, web layouts, UI/UX, product interfaces, and illustration or custom graphics
  • Proven ability to execute designs for both web pages and product UIs, with an eye for detail, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—comfortable engaging with cross-functional partners and translating business needs into well-crafted design systems

Nice to have:

  • Background in blockchain, crypto, or institutional financial services, or a strong interest in Web3
  • Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) for creating motion-rich presentations or dynamic brand content
What we offer:
  • Competitive full-time salary based on experience and meaningful equity in an industry-leading company
  • The opportunity to be a key player and build your career at a rapidly expanding, global technology company in an exciting, emerging industry
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Apple equipment provided by the company
  • Work from Anywhere Policy: You can work remotely from anywhere in the world for up to 20 days per year
