Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile and energetic branch all-rounder to assist in all areas of our branch operations from the workshop to warehouse support. This workshop-based role offers the chance to advance at your own pace into customer service and is ideal for someone committed to delivering outstanding performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering consistent and high-quality service to our customers
  • Support order fulfillment by assembling workshop requirements according to customer specifications
  • Adapt to customer timelines to effectively meet their needs
  • Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner
  • Participate in monitoring stock levels and communicate purchasing needs to the procurement team
  • Accurately pick and pack orders, prepare shipping documents, and verify orders for invoicing
  • Physically handling goods to prepare customer orders for dispatch, receipt, and proper storage

Requirements:

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 6 months experience within either customer service, workshop or warehouse environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to lift heavy bulky items to handle stock as well as picking and packing
  • Productive and willing team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Good computer skills – Knowledge in outlook, excel etc
  • Current driver’s license

Nice to have:

Experience in the manufacturing industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies or similar background
