Requirements:
Proficiency in Sage and QuickBooks software
Demonstrated experience in Job Cost accounting
Proven ability to maintain accurate financial records
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
Proficiency in Excel
Ability to reconcile accounts, records, reports and journals
Capable of preparing financial statements
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
A minimum of a high school diploma, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
Nice to have:
Proficiency in Sage Timberline software
