Job Responsibility

Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
Read, interpret, and install structures and mechanical equipment in accordance with P&ID drawings and structural marking plans
Assemble prefabricated metal parts into large structures on-site
Perform welding techniques such as MMAW (Manual metallic arc welding) and MIG (Metal inert gas) welding
Welding fixings and brackets to steel structures
Welding and joining handrails and grating inside steel structures
Repair cracked or damaged components caused by transport or unloading activities
Assisting mechanical fitting teams with installing conveyor idlers, hard skirts and dust covers
Collaborate and effectively communicate with other team members, including mechanical fitters, electricians, and rigging teams
