The Bodyshop Programmes Executive role is a position supporting and assisting in the management of our manufacturer clients Approved Bodyshop Programme. The primary focus is implementing and supporting initiatives aimed at developing our manufacturer clients Approved Bodyshop Programme. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external stakeholders including bodyshops, trade suppliers, and clients.
Job Responsibility:
Working with supplier partners to ensure the clients Consumables range of products are up to date with latest available technologies
Motivating the client's Group UK Retailer Network to support and accelerate the performance in the accident repair business
Work alongside client's Group UK departments to develop programmes that fit with NSC strategy, brand orientation, legality, profit and strategy requirements
To continue the development of the Accident related telematics programme A-Call & Proactive Care and to ensure that this programme realises its maximum potential
Convince and influence Retailer and Customer groups of the benefits of our client's Group Aftersales Accident Repair programmes
Proactively and reactively combat ever changing Bodyshop landscape
Identify any industry changes in line with market dynamics to ensure maximum uptake of accident repair programmes and best return on profit
Maintaining a significant breadth of knowledge about all Aftersales products and services and their impact on the commercial result sufficient to support the crafting of an effective Bodyshop Programme
Maintaining a high knowledge of the client's AG, UK and Retailer strategy in order to support aligned Body repair activity and growth
Requirements:
At least two years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of automotive industry in general is necessary, and specifically an in depth understanding of the Motor Insurance and Accident management industries
Automotive commercial awareness, Aftersales and Retailer knowledge advantageous
Competent negotiator and able to influence at all levels
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills combined with a high level of personal numeracy and literacy
High level of self-motivation, organisation, initiative and flexibility
Ability to question complex information to identify cause and effect
Excellent Project Management skills
High level of competency in the use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Working understanding of Retailer DMS Systems, preferably ADP Drive and/or Pinnacle
Working understanding of Aftersales reporting software MIS and dealer reporting software Cognos
In depth understanding of Retailer Aftersales business processes
Good understanding of Group Systems
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously to deliver to agreed targets
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach
Full UK Driving Licence
