As a BCBA at Action Behavior, you play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of the children we serve. Your expertise and dedication ensure that we fulfill our promises to our families.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging
  • Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care
  • Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth
  • Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Master's in ABA (implied for supervision)
