Block Machine Operator Afternoon Shift

• Adhere to safety procedures and processes
• Operate block machine, including machine set-up, batching, mixing, mould changes and troubleshooting
• Overseeing the dry line
• Complete product changeovers and palletizer setups and colour changes to meet production requirements
• Conduct dry line and wet line quality assurance, including routine quality inspections
• Contribute to improved production techniques and system efficiencies

• Exhibit a strong commitment to safety, environment, quality, health and wellbeing
• A great attitude and genuine desire to produce high quality results
• Problem solving skills, mechanical aptitude
• Ability to communicate confidently and work in a team
• Sound verbal, written and computer communication skills
• Ability and desire to multiskill and perform various production role tasks
