Job Description:

One of our clients is currently looking for a detail-oriented Billing Technician to join its dynamic team located in Ville Saint-Laurent. If you are an organized, autonomous person who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, this position could be a perfect fit for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on contracts and purchase orders
  • Verify the accuracy of information (prices, quantities, taxes, client codes, etc.)
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and support the Accounts Receivable department
  • Process adjustments, credits, and debit/credit notes as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date client files and billing records
  • Participate in the monthly reconciliation of revenues and period-end closing
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Customer Service departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes

Requirements:

  • DEC in Accounting, Administration, or a related field
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in billing or accounting support
  • Proficiency with accounting software or ERP
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and office productivity tools
  • Rigor, precision, and strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and team spirit

Nice to have:

Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset

  • Develops competence in pharmacy procedures and documentation as required, satisfying legal, regulatory, and department requirements of pharmacy practice.
  • Complies with legal, regulatory, accreditation standards. This includes (but is not limited to) controlled substance procedures and USP requirements.
