Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company, has an immediate opening for a Billing Specialist in San Diego, CA. This position is responsible for processing all outgoing client invoices. This position interacts with a diverse group of clients and internal contacts at varying levels of the organization, including coordinating with the Administrative coordinators and Division Project Managers.
Job Responsibility:
Process all outgoing client invoices
Assume responsibility for outgoing invoices to clients
Interpret and edit all billing instructions after obtaining approval from Project Managers
Prepare and process client invoices along with billing backup
Review monthly sales journal with Project Managers
Work with Accounts Receivable for any revisions needed to enhance collection efforts
Assist Billing Supervisor with updating company billing rate tables and project set up
Assist Controller with month end close of billing cycle
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
5+ years of Bookkeeping/Accounting
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
Ability to issue, receive and carry out instructions and orders effectively
Ability to convey information to a variety of co-workers
